Overview

Are you a hands-on person with a strong eye for detail? Looking to work with a great team in a growing industry? Jayco Newcastle is currently seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our workshop team.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers' vans are safe, functional, and ready for adventure. You'll be involved in both servicing and accessory fitment, working with a wide variety of caravan and motorhome models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and installations to a high standard
  • Follow quality control processes before vans are handed back to customers
  • Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workshop
  • Occasionally support with customer handovers and queries
What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive team attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently when required
  • Previous experience in caravan/RV servicing is a plus, but not essential
