Lead Caravan Repair Technician

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of our caravan repair facility. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient workflow management, job allocation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage teams of technicians to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Coordinate repairs, support staff, and ensure effective communication between trades, customers, and office staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule jobs and manage repairs to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Ensure effective communication between trades, customers, and office staff
  • Oversee the variety of repairs including insurance work, re-sheeting, 12V installations, accessories, water systems, and cabinetry

Workplace Requirements:

  • Lead by example in maintaining clean, organised, and compliant workshops
  • Perform final inspections to uphold quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caravan, automotive, or mechanical repairs
  • Strong team leadership and organisational skills
  • Hands-on problem solver with a mechanical mindset
  • Confident communicator—able to lead teams and reassure customers
