About this Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Officer. This is a part-time opportunity with 66.5 hours per fortnight, based at our Heritage Bank, The Range Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with our members. They will also assist with transactional needs and enquiries, engage in needs-based conversations, and educate members on digital banking tools.

To succeed in this role, you must be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. You should have cash handling and reconciliation experience, be digitally savvy, and able to quickly grasp new systems. Previous experience in customer service and banking would be highly regarded.
