As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employers in the Hunter and Lower Hunter regions to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries to identify opportunities for sustainable employment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers, job seekers, and community stakeholders to achieve business targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in industries relevant to job seeker needs and provide post-placement support
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieving business targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer service
