About this pivotal role: This position involves providing technical support and oversight to site management, ensuring the effective implementation of a comprehensive Health Safety & Wellbeing strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the Safety Manager and operational teams to identify, address, and mitigate risks across various sites.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of health safety wellbeing plans, supporting regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of awareness.
You will also play a key role in developing and coaching management and team members in best practices.
About you: You are a proactive professional with a passion for Health Safety & Wellbeing.
- A qualification in Workplace Health & Safety is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports are necessary.
- A solid understanding of legislation and standards is required.
- Experience with SHE Management Systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, are vital.
