Strategic Workplace Health and Safety Lead

About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional to provide technical support and oversight to site management.
This role involves developing and maintaining Safety & Wellbeing plans, supporting regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of safety awareness.
The successful candidate will develop and coach management and team members in Safety & Wellbeing best practices.
About You:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
A qualification in Workplace Health & Safety or related field is essential.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving common goals are vital.
