Automotive Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established automotive experience centre based in the heart of Sydney. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing and expanding the presence of luxury vehicles both in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Implement customer engagement strategies to guide customers through their educational and purchasing journey.
  • Efficiently manage leads and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales of luxury electric vehicles by delivering a confident, no-pressure, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors warmly and assess their needs and preferences with confidence and no pressure.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle product offerings, features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Present vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within the customer management system.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
