Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at a unique theme park environment.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, have a strong focus on customer issue resolution and be responsible for key duties:

  • Record, respond and resolve incidents and requests in a high-volume environment within agreed SLAs.
  • Update and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence to allow for accurate incident resolution and efficient service desk operations.
  • Liaise effectively with the wider IT team and external partners.

The ideal candidate will possess skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing multi-level support.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure, networking and IT support concepts.
  • Related tertiary qualifications or certifications (desired).
