We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a customer experience specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints efficiently using effective resolution strategies.
- Evaluate issues requiring management intervention and escalate them to your supervisor.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure timely production by assisting with measurement locking.
- Support brides in purchasing post-sale add-ons like veils and accessories.
- Process orders, send order confirmations, and coordinate with domestic and international couriers.
- Effectively manage returns and exchanges.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.
- Outstanding communication, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- A strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to go above and beyond for each customer.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in IT skills using spreadsheets, Outlook, data entry, and CRM programs.
- Familiarity with production processes desirable.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences essential.
