We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers at Calvary Care. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents to live independently and make informed decisions about their care.
- Contribute to the assessment and observation of residents' needs, working within established frameworks to deliver personal care tasks.
- Identify and escalate any changes in residents' behavior, cognition, or physical attributes to supervisors.
- Report incidents and maintain accurate records.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work in a fast-paced environment.
