Caregiver for Vulnerable Adults

We are seeking compassionate and competent Personal Care Workers to provide high-quality care to our residents. This is a casual position with shifts available from across a fortnightly roster.

• Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
• Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation.
• Deliver a range of personal care tasks, including daily hygiene, continence management, and other essential care activities.
• Identify and escalate any changes in resident behavior, cognition, or physical attributes to the supervisor.
• Report incidents and near misses to the RN in accordance with our incident reporting procedure.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Certificate Level III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care, health care, or hospitality.
• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control principles.
