Are you ready to lead and optimize inventory strategies across a dynamic region?About The Role We seek an experienced and driven Regional Inventory Manager to lead operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment across our supply chain.
Based in Welshpool, you will oversee a team to develop a regional inventory strategy that enhances stock optimization and overall performance in line with CSR's principles.
Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Develop and implement a regional inventory strategy to optimize stock levels and performance.
Provide thought leadership and align strategies with operational, financial, and customer-centric outcomes across state branches and centers.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
Drive continuous improvement in inventory practices to maintain CSR's competitive edge.
Monitor and report on inventory KPIs, including turnover, stock accuracy, and costs.
Champion safety by embedding a Zero Harm culture and ensuring WHSE compliance.
What You Bring To The Role You are results-driven with a passion for supply chain optimization and team leadership.
To succeed, you will need: Experience: (# years) in inventory management or related roles.
Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that drive value and efficiency.
Regional Expertise: Knowledge of state-specific regulations, suppliers, and logistics.
Lean Principles: Familiarity with Lean methodologies (e.g., 5 S) and continuous improvement.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and warehouse management software.
Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally for seamless supply chain operations.
