Inventory Lead Role

You will be responsible for leading a team to achieve excellence in back of house operations, focusing on customer satisfaction. Key skills include maintaining accuracy with cycle counts and stock management.

  • Maintain strong inventory control and visual merchandising knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and model its importance.

  • Show attention to detail in all duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead replenishment teams and plan annual stock audits.
  • Keep accurate records of cycle counts and negative stock.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the store is well-presented and engaging for customers.
