About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Alice Springs, Australia. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for executing projects across multiple disciplines, including facilities construction, operations, and maintenance. Your expertise in resource management, strategic planning, and process improvement will be invaluable in driving business outcomes and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 24/7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance, and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority.
  • Display strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.
  • Responsible for the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW) within the cost and on schedule, to include but not limited to: Ensuring community of support during Contractor personnel change; Interfacing Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities; Delivery of all contract requirements; Managing subcontracts and being responsible for the performance and conduct of subcontractor personnel.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large (250+ person) multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and other base operating support staff.Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes and drive results-oriented teams.
