About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum initiatives that transform learning and teaching practices across a range of diverse disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, instructional design, or a related field, with experience in designing and reviewing curriculum to enhance or transform learning and teaching outcomes.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation and sector-leading practice in learning and teaching, and to leverage technology to enhance curriculum design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum initiatives that transform learning and teaching practices
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation and sector-leading practice in learning and teaching
  • Leverage technology to enhance curriculum design and delivery
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on curriculum development and pedagogy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Experience in designing and reviewing curriculum to enhance or transform learning and teaching outcomes
  • Strong learning design and curriculum development knowledge, supported by a well-developed understanding of educational theories, models, and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, agility, and collaboration in successfully planning, leading, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives
