Replenishment Analyst

Ensure optimal stock levels and product mix across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and analyze store geographic profiles, space sizes, and sales budget expectations.
  2. Coordinate new store stock packages and schedule goods delivery with the supply chain and operations teams.
  3. Deliver allocations and inventory plans for peak season trade and established assortments.
  4. Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities and risks in promotional and peak trade periods.
  5. Capture and fulfill store replenishment needs, considering IC 'Min/Max' thresholds and individual store management feedback.
  6. Alert discrepancies between allocation transfers and store receipts.
  7. Work with loss prevention to identify reasons for instore transfer closing and stock adjustments.
  8. Record inventory errors, shrinkage, theft, damaged stock, internal usage, and out of date stock.
  9. Analyze the impacts of allocation decisions and make recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel user.
  • High attention to detail and quality execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
  • Effective communicator with ability to build relationships with internal teams.
