As a retail leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and team performance. With a strong focus on customer relationships and store presentation, your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, stock levels, and wage control.

The Role

You will be responsible for motivating your team to achieve exceptional results in key performance indicators and added value targets across stores. This will involve closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Effectively managing wage costs in store, you will adhere to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.

Closely coaching and mentoring your team members is essential to maintaining high team morale and encouraging individual development. To achieve this, you will ensure training and succession plans are in place, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all team members is paramount. You will adhere to state and national OH&S legislation, and implement strategies to maintain a safe working environment.
