About the Role

The Service Development Assistant is a key role within our Seniors and Disability Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Development Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to staff in the Seniors and Disability Services team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assisting with service delivery, promotion, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating events and activities to promote social inclusion and community engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in an administrative function, community services, aged or disability care, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • High-level administrative skills, including attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise, and be flexible in assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
