About The Role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant for the Commercial Director, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales Leadership team. We are seeking an energetic person to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment supporting senior managers in our commercial division, utilising your exceptional administrative and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist in the preparation and generation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • General administration tasks such as ordering stationery, printing and binding
  • Email and calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Processing expenses, including credit cards reconciliation
  • Handle communications and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries)
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, national training programs
  • Ad Hoc project support
  • Continual update of Commercial SOPs
  • Intranet updates and support

About You

  • Experience in a similar Sales administrative position
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional computer knowledge including in MS Office – Intermediate level
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • The ability to think outside the box
