**Technical Documentation Specialist Role**

Our Engineering Services Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Technical Records/Administration Officer. This role will involve handling various functions, including Stores, Support, and Technical Records duties.

Key responsibilities include administration tasks, document control, general office work, daily organization, assisting the Base Manager with hangar duties, and supporting coordination of crew houses and rental cars.

The successful candidate will maintain aircraft records, logbooks, and component history cards, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved.

They will also be responsible for data entry and filing, monitoring and maintaining component shelf life, part inhibiting schedules, and Ground Support Equipment maintenance.

Excellent communication, prioritization skills, and ability to work autonomously are essential for this challenging position.

**Requirements**

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft suite

- Prior experience with aviation maintenance tracking programs (Aeronet preferred)

- Ability to interpret Aircraft Maintenance documents

- Aviation knowledge highly regarded
