Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet every customer who enters the store, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need, ensuring their satisfaction and building loyalty.
- Contribute to department budgets and overall store targets by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Manage stock control and organization, maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom and ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked and dusted regularly.
- Accurately record sales and transactions, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
- Maximize counter sales by suggesting related products and services.
- Ensure accurate pricing and product information, and provide advice and guidance to customers on product selection.
- Stay up-to-date with new product developments and maintain a strong product knowledge.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and special orders to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Communicate special promotions and offers to customers, and report any discrepancies or problems to the manager.
Requirements:
