Job Opportunity

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the store team in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales performance by coaching and supporting team growth and development.
  • Utilizing data analysis to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the store management team.
  • Facilitating open communication with your team through effective feedback and consistent management updates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across various product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as manage store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Have prior experience in retail management, covering areas of profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Possess proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
