Salon Manager Role

As a Salon Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of beauty professionals and drive business growth through effective team coaching and mentoring.

The role combines management skills with unique opportunities to grow your expertise in the beauty industry.

You will be responsible for guiding store operations across multiple service streams, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential, driving sales growth through effective team leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas of the business, and maintaining salon presentation and stock management.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate retail leader who brings 2+ years of salon management experience with proven leadership skills and a strong ability to coach and develop team members.

A keen interest in the beauty industry is essential, and previous beauty industry experience is a plus but not required.
