Private Tax Professional

We are seeking a skilled Private Tax Professional to join our team. As a Private Tax Manager, you will work with diverse clients across various industries to enhance their business strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of growth clients, including privately owned corporate groups, high net wealth families, trusts, and other entities.
  • Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types.
  • Collaborate with senior Tax specialists in delivering advice on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.
We Look for:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or Tax.
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities and private family groups.
  • A passion for tax, career-long learning, and innovation.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, the ability to lead client meetings, and build a network.
  • A commitment to sharing experience and developing junior team members.
