Job Title: Test Manager

The role of the Test Manager is to provide leadership and oversee the development of a comprehensive test strategy and plans, ensuring seamless delivery of all necessary testing services across multiple teams and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Developing and maintaining a test strategy and plans that align with business objectives, encompassing test types, approach, scope, estimation, schedule definition, data strategy, and roles & responsibilities.\
  • Leading the development and enhancement of testing methods and tools required to support projects, including planning, results capture, defect management, execution planning, progress reporting, and summary reports.\
  • Accountability for the testing component's success across various teams and domain areas.\
  • Review and input into Statements of Work (SoW) and continuous review to ensure adherence.\
  • Mentoring and line management of all test resources.\
  • Estimate and manage testing budgets, create and manage delivery plans for the testing component.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing testing resources.\
  • Expertise in developing test strategies and plans.\
  • Delivery of comprehensive testing services.\
  • School Information System (SIS) experience is highly valued.
