We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to manage the day-to-day operational functions within our QA area. This role involves ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and implementing quality systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Quality Assurance Systems
  • Liaising with external auditors prior to, during and after audits
  • Developing and administering an internal auditing program for food safety and quality
  • Implementing a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and updating quality procedures

The ideal candidate will have a Food Technology or Science background, experience in Quality Assurance roles, particularly in high care environments. Knowledge of legislative requirements, HACCP principles, and continuous improvement methods is essential.
