Key Responsibilities:

  • Preaching & Teaching: Deliver engaging, Spirit-filled sermons that communicate biblical truths, focusing on youth, families, and the broader Australian community.
  • Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual guidance and support to members of our community, helping them grow in their faith and navigate life's challenges.
  • Discipleship & Leadership Development: Mentor and disciple emerging leaders, equipping them to become transformative figures in their communities.
  • Church Expansion: Assist in establishing and growing new branches of our ministry across different suburbs and states in Australia.
  • Community Engagement: Create initiatives and programs that foster connection with local communities, reaching out to individuals and families with the gospel.
  • Multicultural Integration: Embrace and promote our multicultural values, ensuring all ethnicities and nationalities feel welcomed and part of our community.
  • Youth Ministry: Lead youth-focused ministries that address the unique spiritual and social needs of young people.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in pastoring, preaching, and church leadership roles.
  • Biblical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Bible, with an ability to communicate the gospel clearly and powerfully.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to raise and disciple future leaders.
  • Mission Focus: A heart for missions and community engagement, with a desire to see transformation in individuals and society.
  • Cultural Competence: Passion for working with a multicultural congregation, embracing diversity, and fostering unity.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative ministry team.
