We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Trading Operations to join our Sydney office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier advertisers across multiple agency holding groups.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans that drive client success, leveraging data-driven decisioning and industry-leading expertise. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of trading specialists and senior trading specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage industry-leading expertise and stay ahead of market trends
  • Mentor and train clients on best practices for using our platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of programmatic advertising experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience and team management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, including goal-setting, communication, and talent development
  • Experience working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
  • Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and data manipulation
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset
