Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our trading efforts in Sydney.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 7+ years of programmatic experience, including hands-on DSP and online ad operations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of client-facing experience and team management skills.

The successful individual will oversee a team of Trading Specialists and Senior Trading Specialists, collaborate with internal teams to develop growth strategies, and lead RTB buying initiatives. They will also be responsible for mentoring clients and providing solutions for complex campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills: ability to set goals, measure accomplishments, hold team accountable, and provide constructive feedback
  • Extensive experience working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms
  • Solid understanding of trafficking and optimizing CPA, CPC direct marketing campaigns
  • Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
