Job Title:

Senior Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to lead and oversee multiple sites in the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of person-centred care across multiple residential settings.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Service Leaders, ensuring operational excellence and positive participant outcomes.
  • Apply clinical expertise to guide complex care models and support service innovation.
  • Drive service performance, quality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Property, Rostering, Client Success, and Clinical teams.
  • Evaluate site visits and travel between NSW and SA as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership capability across dispersed, multi-site disability operations.
  • Background in nursing or allied health highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of complex clinical needs and high physical support environments.
  • 5+ years' experience in the disability or health sector with exposure to NDIS.
  • Proven ability to manage operational budgets, occupancy, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem solving and team development.
  • Confidence managing change and scaling operations in fast-paced environments.
