As a key player in our utility-scale power generation projects, you will foster meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owner groups, local councils, and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Purpose of the Role
  • Support the successful execution of construction projects by ensuring alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
  • Work closely with community stakeholders to develop and implement culturally informed approaches that support ESG frameworks and social licence commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience engaging with First Nations communities and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong cultural competency and relationship-building skills.
  • Background in cultural heritage management, Indigenous procurement, or social impact initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalise ESG initiatives and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
