About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team at ABN Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Content Plans

Create and execute content plans that align with our business objectives and target audience needs.

Grow Social Media Engagement

Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including creating and curating content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Partner with Internal Teams

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital media strategies.

Identify Trends and Best Practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, best practices, and industry developments to inform and improve our digital media strategies.

Conduct Performance Evaluations

Analyze and evaluate the performance of our digital media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

A degree in marketing, communications, or business is required, with a focus on digital media and marketing.

Strong Digital Media Skills

Proven experience in digital media, including content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.

Project Management Competence

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
