Ampersand have partnered with a high-profile professional services firm seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Commercial Operations Manager to drive profitability, productivity, and growth for key practice groups. This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane location.
">This role requires an individual who can effectively manage the commercial aspects of the business, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, identifying areas for cost savings, and streamlining business processes.
">The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance, and at least 3 years of experience in a commercial operations role are required. Knowledge of financial software and systems is also essential.
