About Our Commercial Role

We are seeking a commercially focused professional to lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of strategies enhancing commercial sales while retaining loyal customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, translate and execute our commercial strategy nationally, and shape the future of Trade Specialists and Commercial Coordinators. Your focus will be on coaching and development, reducing in-store tasks, and analysing data to drive performance.

This role supports the implementation of strategies to enhance sales and retention, align in-store commercial initiatives, and boost customer satisfaction.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather insights.
  • Keep teams informed of critical timelines, required actions, and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues, removing roadblocks in collaboration with senior management.
  • Act as a conduit between the in-store Commercial team and broader support functions.
  • Manage ongoing strategy administration requirements.
  • Assist in developing and presenting strategic plans.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Utilise resources to identify improvement opportunities.

You are a retailer with a passion for coaching and developing individuals. You present confidently to high-level stakeholders and have experience driving sales strategies across complex business operations.
