Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on HV & LV systems, HVAC plant / equipment
  • Monitor BMS systems for performance and alarms
  • Address on-site Electrical issues
  • Conduct building inspections and read utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.)
  • Fault-find and execute repairs
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports
  • Ensure work complies with industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Electrical License Victoria / Grade A None restricted electrical license
  • Minimum Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical
  • Valid OH&S cards - optional
  • Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems - Nice to have
  • Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
  • White Card – optional but preferred
