Operational Excellence Analyst

This role plays a vital part in driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence by assisting the Process Improvement Leader with analysis and implementation of process enhancements.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and streamline workflows through data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis & Enhancement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and interpret data to support process enhancement initiatives, creating insights that lead to recommendations for better efficiency.
  • Project Support: Participate in process improvement projects from initiation through implementation, managing project timelines and tracking outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure process enhancement initiatives are aligned with organizational needs.
  • Change Management: Assist with the implementation of new processes and tools, providing training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Performance Tracking: Help develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process enhancements and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Six Sigma (Yellow belt).
  • Business process management tool.
  • Continuous improvement methodologies.
