Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to manage the performance of our product supply to retailer distribution centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective replenishment plans that align with retailer expectations, while optimising operational efficiencies.

This role involves proactive communication with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduit between customers and suppliers to deliver optimal service and timely supply of inventory into retailers' DCs.
  • Develop and execute replenishment plans by analysing stock requirements and adhering to commercial deadlines based on network capability.
  • Root cause analysis & communication around supply failures to customer distribution centres and stores, such as missed or incomplete deliveries and resolve exceptions to deliver commercial plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and demand requirements to identify exceptions in replenishment plan due to stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Maintain strong relationships between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on supply plans, demand forecasting and promotional activities.
  • Lead customer collaboration meetings and document follow-up items.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years in planning roles in demand, supply, logistics, or ISP/VRP.
  • FMCG experience highly preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced excel, Power BI preferable.
