
Regional Commercial Solution Strategist

This role is a critical enabler of value creation for the organization. As part of the Regional Deployment organization, you will be responsible for deploying end-to-end lead to cash omni solutions across Asia Pacific markets in collaboration with the center of excellence (COE) and global process owners.
Purpose7-10 years of experience in demand/sales function is required. Ideally, you have experience in deployment of new digital capabilities and driving business process changes and change management impacts across teams.
Responsibilities- Deploy L2C omni capabilities including Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, and Customer Service to all Asia Pacific markets.
- Develop deep expertise on processes and systems to lead effective and efficient ways to work with regional commercial.
- Be the key voice of the local market in the project, escalating issues for resolution with speed and proactively managing market teams.
You will work closely with the COE, APAC business team, CXO, and data to ensure successful completion of milestones. Externally, you will work with 3rd party vendors such as Salesforce.com, system integrators, and business integrators.
