Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily monitoring and verification activities for our Quality Controllers and operational staff, ensuring we meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Champion compliance by conducting GMP inspections and ensuring our production environment is always audit-ready.
  • Investigate product issues, analyze root causes, and lead the implementation of corrective actions to improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date QA documentation, ensure smooth communication across teams, and keep the Quality Manager informed with daily reports.
  • Support and mentor production and packing staff, offering training and coaching to ensure everyone understands and upholds our high-quality standards.
  • Participate in internal audits, sanitation activities, and calibration checks, ensuring our facility operates at peak performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the food industry, with a solid understanding of food safety standards like HACCP.
  • A passion for quality and a keen eye for detail—you're someone who loves solving problems and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a desire to partner with people across the business to deliver results.
  • Confidence in using tools like Microsoft Office, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An inclusive mindset, with resilience and professionalism to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy setting.
