Responsibilities

  • Lead daily monitoring and verification activities for Quality Controllers and operational staff.
  • Champion compliance by conducting GMP inspections and ensuring our production environment is audit-ready.
  • Investigate product issues, analyze root causes, and lead corrective actions to improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date QA documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Support and mentor production and packing staff to ensure they understand and uphold our high-quality standards.
  • Participate in internal audits, sanitation activities, and calibration checks to ensure our facility operates at peak performance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the food industry with a solid understanding of food safety standards like HACCP.
  • A passion for quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An inclusive mindset and resilience to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Job Details

Estimated salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
