Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Brendale, Brisbane. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same as you take on the responsibility for maintaining the operation of our depot and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the effective operation and safe control of the depot and its equipment
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in line with SOP/Compliance requirements
  • Maintain FIFO procedures for expiry/Best Before dates
  • Cleaning of all inbound equipment and warehouse areas
  • Accurate receipting and picking of all stock orders
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and report anomalies to supervisors and support with all stocktake processes
  • Respond to all enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Transport stock or other equipment between depots as required
  • Assist in other departments as required
Requirements
  • Experience within a warehouse environment
  • An intermediate level of computer literacy
  • A valid manual Australian drivers licence
  • A valid Forklift licence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and background checks
