Key Role in a Dynamic Bar Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant Bar Manager.

This is a key role that involves working closely with the Bar Manager and Venue Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations.

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in leading a high-performing bar team, assisting with training and development to ensure consistency and quality in all beverages, maintaining stock control, ordering, and inventory management, upholding health and safety standards, including liquor licensing compliance, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bar or hospitality venue, a passion for cocktails, spirits, and premium beverage service, strong leadership and communication skills, a hands-on, team-oriented attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
