Food and Beverage Leadership Role

You'll have the opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an experienced leader, you'll oversee operations to ensure efficient delivery of service across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.

This role involves developing and mentoring team members to achieve high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Depending on your experience and expertise, you may work in various settings such as poolside or in our award-winning restaurant.

We are looking for leaders with exceptional organisational skills who can juggle multiple tasks while addressing and resolving service issues. An excellent communicator, you should be motivated and energetic with a head for numbers and experience in the development of SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirmation of restaurant reservations
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Addressing and resolving service issues
  • Ensuring prompt service of food and beverages in accordance with our sequence of service

Requirements:

  • Australian permanent resident
  • Previous hotel, resort or restaurant experience highly regarded
  • Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team
  • Current NSW RSA
  • High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
