Bar Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bar Manager to join our team at a high-volume venue.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing daily bar operations, leading a team, and driving creative beverage development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily bar operations across busy services, weddings, and events
  • Leading and training a passionate bar team
  • Driving creative beverage development (seasonal cocktail lists, local producers, and low-waste options)
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Working closely with the FOH & BOH teams to keep things smooth, fun, and professional

The successful candidate will be a confident leader who brings people together and keeps standards high. They will also be up-to-date with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail trends.

Requirements include:

  • Solid experience managing a high-volume bar
  • Confident, calm leader who brings people together and keeps standards high
  • Up-to-date knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail trends
  • Organised, tech-savvy, and on top of your numbers (ordering, stock, margins etc.)
