Job Overview

The Customer Services Scheduler role is a part-time position that provides high-quality scheduling support services. We are seeking an individual who can work in conjunction with the Optimization Scheduler to schedule appointments for allied health professionals, support staff, and business staff.

This role involves managing cancellations, identifying client complaints, and reporting to the line Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including data entry and general clerical tasks
  • Maintain internal and external relationships to ensure optimum levels of communication and agile scheduling
  • Answer and action calls as relevant, ensuring escalation occurs where required

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent records management and general office administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software platforms. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and act without being directed.
