You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team to achieve outstanding grounds maintenance results, while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in horticulture or turf management, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven industry experience or equivalent leadership skills
  • Qualifications in Horticulture or Turf Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Passion for outdoor work and environmental stewardship
  • Valid certifications for Working from Heights or Rope Access
  • Ability to drive and travel between sites

A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a mandatory requirement for employment in this position.
