Job Title: Grounds Supervisor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our grounds.

  • Maintenance:
    • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Guest accommodation and Common areas
    • Provide ongoing training and support to members of the wider Maintenance & Grounds department
  • Landscape Management:
    • Design and construct outdoor structures
    • Design and care for landscapes and gardens
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory, tools and equipment in good working order
    • Assist in managing the preventative maintenance program
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain sound business relationships with Contractors, ensuring compliance and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position as a Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor
  • An understanding of basic safety principles and chemical handling
  • A current drivers license & first aid certificate
  • The ability to work a flexible, rotating roster if required
