As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vital coordination and support for all of our 5 green star sustainable store projects. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to assist with project initiatives, collating and submitting all documentation that supports the sustainable nature of the project, and updating and maintaining information in a consistent, accurate, and reliable manner.

You will also be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with management of quotes, budgets, and administration duties, as well as organizing and maintaining store project files and general files accordingly.

Additionally, you will be responsible for proactively following up on construction to ensure that all design briefs from the group architects and engineers are aligned with the council policies, and assisting and providing guidance with all stores and Support Office maintenance.

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for sustainability, ethical practices, and the circular economy. You will need to have outstanding time management and great organizational skills, as well as strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly regarded, as is the ability to communicate with all levels of staff. You will also need to be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information.

Exposure to working within a construction, property, or real estate team within a retail environment is highly regarded.
