  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project initiatives forward, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Compile and submit documentation to verify the sustainable nature of projects, aligning with 5 green star rating requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable information is maintained and updated consistently.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing quotes, budgets, and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain store project files and general files accordingly.
  • Proactively monitor construction to ensure design briefs from architects and engineers align with council policies.
  • Assist with store and Support Office maintenance.
Key Capabilities
  • A strong passion for sustainability, ethical practices, and the circular economy is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly regarded.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information.
  • Previous experience in a construction, property, or real estate team within a retail environment is highly valued.
