About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Group Sustainability Coordinator. This role will be responsible for delivering a high standard of project management support and reporting to facilitate the execution of our Sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and continuously improve our community partnerships program, inclusive of community partnership management, employee volunteering, matched giving, and grants administration.
  • Develop and implement community partnerships campaigns in collaboration with our Commercial and Brand teams.
  • Collaborate with sustainability program leads to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of program delivery.
  • Develop and deliver a regular calendar of internal and external communications to highlight our sustainability progress and achievements.
  • Provide project management coordination in support of our compliance with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.
  • Manage projects as directed to achieve own and team objectives, and to implement our regional sustainability strategy.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in managing community partnerships and a sustainability background. You should be highly organized, skilled in effectively communicating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, and able to work with external partners.

  • Project management and administration experience within a large-scale, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Experience working with external partners.
  • Corporate communications and reporting experience.
  • Sustainability reporting exposure is desirable but not essential.
